The Shade Structure (front) - This covered kitchen and entertainment area features a gas Twin Eagles Bar-b-que Grille, gas stove/oven, icemaker, small refridgerator, trash drawer, sink and many locking stainless steel drawers and cabinets (sealed against insects). Also, two sides have high quality power sunshades to reduce wind and sun exposure. A 52” flat screen HD Television rises out of the tile counter-tops and offers surround sound throughout. Finally, there are two overhead gas remote heaters, an electric fireplace and two outdoor ceiling fans for those cool evenings.

Pool Area (back) - The highlight of this area is the heated swimming pool (17 x 34 ft.) with an attached hot tub that cascades water down into the pool. There is an outdoor shower, sunning areas and Tiki torches to give that Island look. There are gates to provide privacy and music is piped in from the sound system. The landscaping focuses on a southwestern desert motif with night lighting to enhance the beauty. A trickling water feature assures a relaxed atmosphere.

Casita (Center) -This air-conditioned 9x14 building with cathedral ceilings houses a bathroom, with a large tile shower and the appliances to support the kitchen area. The full-sized washer and dryer, refridgerator/freezer, sink w/disposal, dishwasher and microwave along with quality cabinetry partners well with your Coach.
