GOLF CART:
YES! We are including a golf cart. This is an older golf cart, in very good working condition. Gray in color and comes with cover. Has a 42-volt system and operates and drives very well. Batteries were good when stored and are currently disconnected.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSESSMENT:
The full $1700 2021 restaurant assessment is included and will be transferred to the new owner.
